Greater Pensacola honors GBSI among four members reaching the Inc. 5000 List
The Greater Pensacola Chamber recently honored four of its member businesses that landed in Inc. Magazine’s 2014 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the nation during an evening reception at The Palafox House sponsored by Summit Bank. Community and business leaders, including Florida State Rep. Clay Ingram, Rep. Mike Hill and Greater Pensacola Chamber Board of Directors Chairman Gary Huston, honored Global Business Solutions, Inc. (GBSI), IMS ExpertServices, Bit-Wizards and AppRiver.
The Inc. 5000 has been one of the most prestigious print publication lists for business owners and entrepreneurs for more than 30 years. Today, the list is a distinguished editorial award given to qualified businesses in an effort to help celebrate innovation, entrepreneurial leaders and business success in communities around the nation.
“The achievements made by these four companies show that our community has been making great strides to compete in an ever-changing global economy,” said Greater Pensacola Chamber President Jerry Maygarden. “These awards provide well-deserved recognition for businesses working to diversify and expand our economy, and thanks to our local job creators, Greater Pensacola’s economic success continues to provide opportunities for prosperity in our region.”
